3. Payments
All fees are due as agreed at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all payments are non-refundable.
Payment processing is handled securely through third-party providers such as Stripe. Contractor Presence Agency does not store or have access to your full payment details.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, approvals, and required materials necessary to complete services.
Delays caused by lack of communication, incomplete information, or failure to respond may impact delivery timelines.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client is granted rights to use the final delivered website and related materials for their business.
Contractor Presence Agency retains the right to display completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
Contractor Presence Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services rendered.
7. Changes to These Terms
